It is essentially adding the finishing touches to elevate a space i.e. make your house feel like a home.
Home staging is similar to the styling process; however, the audience is different. While styling caters to an owner's preferences, home staging is a tool used to increase marketability to potential buyers, thus appealing to a more generalized audience vs. personal style.
No, we do not offer rentals. We will work with your existing furniture and, if beneficial, recommend pieces for purchase. We will do our best to find something you love and can keep if buying furniture or fixtures is recommended.
Yes, we can design closets, shelving for pantries, mudrooms or in general any kind of custom cabinetry.
While we do install labels and bins/accessories, our services do not include the installation of finishes or furnishings/fixtures. However, we are able to recommend, bid out or use your preferred contractor as well as manage that piece.
No, we do not. However, we can assist in making arrangements with vendors to pick up and dispose of unwanted items, donation pick ups or drop offs.
No, they are not. We source products, but they are not included in our fee - that is an additional cost. However, we can work with your budget and existing products that you already own.
