Professional organizing is a service that helps individuals (or businesses) declutter and organize their spaces effectively by creating customized solutions based on how spaces are used. Organizers provide expert guidance and hands-on assistance to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable organizational systems.

Why do I need a Professional Organizer?

Cleaning your house is not the same as having it organized.  You can have a clean house but not an efficient one.  That being said, it is much easier to keep a tidy house when it is well organized.  Professional organizers create the foundation for a system that makes sense for your unique lifestyle and you can easily maintain.  They do the work in setting it all up so you don't have to think about it!  It will make sense where things go and how to easily find them - ultimately reducing stress and saving you both time and money!

What types of space do you organize?

We can organize anything from homes to businesses - from a small pantry to a particular room or even your entire home!

What is "styling" a space?

Styling a space is carefully curating and arranging furniture, decor, colors, textures, and accessories to create a visually appealing and harmonious environment with consideration to the owner's taste.  It is essentially adding the finishing touches to elevate a space i.e. make your house feel like a home.

What is home staging?

Accepted Answer

Home staging is similar to the styling process; however, the audience is different.  While styling caters to an owner's preferences, home staging is a tool used to increase marketability to potential buyers, thus appealing to a more generalized audience vs.  personal style.

Do you offer furniture rentals for home staging?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not offer rentals.  We will work with your existing furniture and, if beneficial, recommend pieces for purchase.  We will do our best to find something you love and can keep if buying furniture or fixtures is recommended.

Do you design closets?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can design closets, shelving for pantries, mudrooms or in general any kind of custom cabinetry.

What if my project requires more heavy lifting such as a closet system installation or moving furniture around?

Accepted Answer

While we do install labels and bins/accessories, our services do not include the installation of finishes or furnishings/fixtures.  However, we are able to recommend, bid out or use your preferred contractor as well as manage that piece.

Do you haul away junk?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not.  However, we can assist in making arrangements with vendors to pick up and dispose of unwanted items, donation pick ups or drop offs.

Are containers and labels included in your fee?

Accepted Answer

No, they are not.  We source products, but they are not included in our fee - that is an additional cost.  However, we can work with your budget and existing products that you already own.
